- Abbas's Intervention strategies
- Low-cost strategy would include making an instruction manual type booklet and giving it to all the teachers in the building. It would also help if there was an email account set up for teachers who are experiencing trouble accessing or creating their own page to ask for help and receive answers.
- Medium-cost strategy includes utilizing the resources we have at hand, which consists of 5 teachers who are currently using the website, maintaining it, and addressing any problems that arise over the course of its function. We could use these teachers to train other teachers in the building and have them be a resource we can access over and over again during the course of the year. For this, we would compensate them.
- High-cost strategy includes giving each teacher a personal electronic device (it could be a tablet or a lap-top). Giving each teacher a laptop means they already have one of the integral tool in order for them to place this work online as the administration expects. On top of this, the teachers would be given training, using their new laptops, and instructed on how to place their lessons online. There would be a resource of teachers who already are using this resource, and we could also add external resources whose sole responsibility would be to answer to the teachers who are having trouble with putting the material on the website.
